I placed my order over the phone. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable about both their products and my vehicle, and proved very helpful. When I called I thought I knew what I wanted to order, but after discussing my needs with the tech, I ordered an entirely different set of brakes on her recommendations. The ordering was simple and went without a hitch, and my brakes and parts arrived on the date promised. I will use them again, and will recommend them as well.

BETTER than OEM for sure... I purchased a complete set of the premium dimpled and slotted rotors with the semi-metallic brakes for the front and rear of my 2016 Subaru Outback 3.6r. I have had them installed for about a week and the performance is great. Very nice bite and stopping power! They look great as well. These rotors and brakes have performed to my expectation. Note - I was able to replace the front set on my own. My vehicle has an electronic e-brake and after disassembling the rear breaks found out that the electronic e-brake can only be released via a scan tool at the dealership. Not happy about that discovery so check first if your newer vehicle has an electronic e-brake.

Customer Service - Above and Beyond I hate to badmouth another company, but when I purchased brakes from TireRack and had a problem with parts and fit for my 2013 Chrysler Town and Country, they did help me return the product but never helped me find the problem and how to fix it. After, trying my luck with Brake Performance I ended up with fit problems again. This time Technical Service was different and Andy, the Service Rep at Brake Performance, discovered the root cause and is sending the correct pads for the "not so normal" brake installation the factory stuck on my van. It just required a little effort to investigate what the problem was to get me the correct parts. Thanks Again.
