I just wanted to send an email thanking you for professionally resolving my situation and achieving a solution to my problem with my order to my satisfaction. Because of this I will continue to do business with you in the future and recommend your services to whomever asks (and I frequently am) for my opinion on how to order parts and fix their cars. I assure you that your prompt response and problem solving will turn around to reward your business in the future. There is nothing more valuable in sales than customer service i have learned throughout my years in sales. And proper customer service never goes unnoticed.

I just wanted to let you know how well she did her job both with her great attitude, and the way she took care of everything that was needed. I just want to let you know that you and and your company are just amazing! I have been in the custom automotive world for close to 20 years now and NO ONE company that i have dealt with in those years has treated me the way you have. Usually there is NO customer service after a sale and you have redefined that! I certainly hope you pass this email on to anyone higher in this company because everyone should know the amazing work and dedication that you have for Brake Performance customers!
