We allow our customers to return or exchange unused items purchased from us as long as a request is made within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of product. Once the request is made the product has to be shipped back within 60 days or the request will be void and product cannot be returned. If you are not pleased with your purchase you can return it for a refund so long as you follow the guidelines listed below. Once item has been installed on vehicle, unless defective, cannot be returned.

A refund or exchange of a product will be processed only if it accompanied by the original sales invoice. Return freight charges are not reimbursable.

All returned orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Any orders placed then canceled within the same business day,
will be subject to a $10.00 bank cancellation fee. Any order canceled on the next business day and beyond, will be
charged a 15% restocking fee. If an order is shipped then canceled, it will fall under the 15% restocking fee if returned.
No Returns after 30-days.

Any product that is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all shipping and cancelation fees of canceled orders.

We will exchange any UNUSED UNDAMAGED item for another item of equal value. If the new item is of greater value, customer will be responsible for any price difference. If new item is of lesser value, the difference will be credited to the customers account minus the 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping of exchanged items.

We do not cover lost or stolen packages mailed back by the customer containing the parts being claimed under warranty. Because the customer is the shipper, he or she is the only one who can file any lost claim with the shipping company.

International Orders
Shipping charges both ways for any cancellations, returns or warranty claims outside the Continental USA will be the responsibility of the customer. Brake Performance under No circumstance will pay for any shipping costs.

Powder Coated Colored Calipers
No Cancellations or Refunds on Custom Colored Calipers. All sales are final.
Powder Coating comes with a 90 day warranty against chipping and cracking.


ALL RETURNS MUST FOLLOW THESE THREE STEPS:

1. Customer MUST have their order number with first and last name.
We cannot accept any item for return without a valid order number or customers first and last name and submitted to a authorized representative of Brake Performance CLICK HERE TO EMAIL US or Please call us Toll Free at 1-866-756-5536 with reason for return.

2. Customer MUST return item in original UNUSED UNDAMAGED condition.
We cannot accept any returned item that does not have its original included parts, is not in its complete and sellable original packaging, or has already been installed. Any items that have been returned in poor condition, damaged or missing parts will NOT be credited and will be returned at the customers expense.

3. Customer MUST pay for shipping to return item.
We will not pay the shipping fees to have the item returned to us.



REFUNDS

Any refund or credit approval will be credited to your paypal account, or credit card within 72 hours. Please be aware that your bank may take 5-10 business days to post to your credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 14 days please email our customer service at info@brakeperformance.com.



ERRORS AND MISTAKES

If a return request is due to an error on the part of Brake Performance we will arrange for return shipping by use of a call tag or shipping return label. If the part is not ready to be picked up, it then becomes the customer's responsibility to arrange return shipping back, and at NO time will a second call tag or return label be issued. On returns where Brake Performance is not at fault, or where the customer chose the incorrect vehicle application, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.



DAMAGE AND LOSS

Once the package leaves Brake Performance's facility, Brake Performance is responsible for the package arriving at
the customers address. Our warehouse packages every item with the best protection possible to prevent shipping damage.
If you receive a damaged part, DO NOT accept the package and have the shipping company immediately return it to the sender.
If the shipping company has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipping company and have the
package returned to the sender. Missing, damaged or incorrect parts are non-returnable after 30 business days, regardless of
the party at fault. Please contact us immediately if any of the above occurs. Our liability does not cover lost or stolen packages
mailed back by the customer containing the parts being claimed under the warranty. Because the customer is the shipper,
he or she is the only one who can file any lost claim with the shipping company. Therefor, the claim must be coordinated and processed through the shipping company.
