We believe a solid warranty ensures the reliability and service our products are meant to deliver.
Although every effort has been made to research, develop and test our brake materials for high performance use, no warranty exists on products used on race tracks or for competition use of any kind. Users must satisfy themselves by meticulous testing as to the suitability of any particular grade of braking material with regard to performance, durability, and its suitability for their chosen class of racing.
Warranty does not cover rusting or cosmetic damages, normal wear and tear or damage caused by negligence, lack of maintenance, accident, abnormal operation, track racing, improper installation or service, and is non-transferable. No more than one (1) warranty claim is allowed per customer.
Warranty is valid from date of purchase, provided that the product has not been subject to abuse or misuse in its use or installation, or has not been subject to modification or alteration. Products must be installed as supplied in matching sets and must be in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's instructions. All warranty claims require proof of purchase and must be approved by an authorized representative of BrakePerformance.com. Customer will be responsible for return shipping to BrakePerformance.com. Upon receipt of product we will inspect item and examine warranty claim.
Any warranty claim accepted will be compensated simply by either store credit or replacement of a product of equivalent value. This warranty does not cover any labor or materials which may be necessary to remove a product or install a replacement product. This warranty is limited to the exchange of the product only, when returned in accordance with these terms and conditions of sale. BrakePerformance.com will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense, including without limitation any incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including those arising from personal injury, property damage or lost profits, whether based upon breach of warranty or contract, negligence or strict product or other tort liability, arising directly or indirectly in connection with the design, manufacture, sale, use or repair of the products (either separately or in combination with any other product or material) or from any other cause, other than for the cost of replacement of the product covered in this warranty. In no event will BrakePerformance.com be liable to purchaser for more than the purchase price of the product.
BrakePerformance.com neither makes nor implies any other product warranty or suitability for purpose other than that expressly declared here. To the extent that any salesperson has made any oral statements to the purchaser about the product, such statements are not warranties, should not be relied on by the purchaser, and are not part of the contract of sale. No salesperson is authorized by BrakePerformance.com to modify or add to this warranty. The product warranty above is the only warranty provided to purchaser. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We allow our customers to return or exchange items purchased from us as long as a request is made within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of product. If you aren't pleased with your purchase you can return it for a refund so long as you follow the guidelines listed below.
All returned orders could be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders that are canceled before shipment could be subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee. Any product that is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees of cancelled orders.
We will exchange any UNUSED and UNDAMAGED item for another item of equal value. If the new item is of greater value, customer will be responsible for any price difference. If new item is of lesser value, difference could be subject to an additional restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping of exchanged items.
Customers must carefully choose the correct vehicle because PERFORMANCE DRILLED AND SLOTTED ROTORS can be returned only for a replacement of equal or greater value. These items are custom made for each order to specific vehicle requirements.
ALL RETURNS MUST FOLLOW THESE THREE STEPS:
1. Customer MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization.
We cannot accept any item for return without a valid RMA number from an authorized representative of BrakePerformance.com. CLICK HERE TO EMAIL US or Please call us Toll Free at 1-866-756-5536 with reason for return.
2. Customer MUST return item in original UNUSED condition.
We cannot accept any returned item that does not have its original included parts, is not in its complete and sellable original packaging, or has already been installed. Any items that have been returned in poor condition, damaged, or missing parts will NOT be credited and will be returned at the customers expense.
3. Customer MUST pay for shipping to return item.
We will not pay the shipping fees to have the item returned to us.
ERRORS AND MISTAKES
If a return request is due to an error on the part of BrakePerformance.com, we will arrange for return shipping by use of a call tag or shipping return label. If the part is not ready to be picked up, it then becomes the customer's responsibility to arrange return shipping back, and at NO time will a second call tag or return label be issued.
On returns where BrakePerformance.com is not at fault, or where the customer chose the incorrect vehicle application, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
DAMAGE AND LOSS
Once the freight carrier takes possession of the article to be delivered it becomes that freight carrier's responsibility and liability to deliver the goods to the customer. Customer must inspect shipment immediately upon arrival. It is the customer's responsibility to report any shipping related damages to the carrier immediately. If package has been damaged or lost in shipping, please contact the shipping company first. Once the shipping company has been notified of the problem, then please contact us to state what has happened. If a claim is filed with the freight carrier, the claim must be settled between the carrier and the receiver. It is the carrier's responsibility to resolve all damage claims with the customer. This process can vary in time from 30 to 90 days until claim is completed.

The item also must be identical to product available for purchase from BrakePerformance.com. Excludes all rebates, liquidations, promotional offers, employee discounts, membership club stores, and any erroneous prices. On rare occasions, errors in price or availability may appear on this site or affiliate sites.
