Free UPS Ground Shipping

All products are shipped FREE UPS ground within the continental 48 states. Please allow 24-72 hours for the Zinc Plating process of performance rotors to be completed and 24-48 hours for all other products to be shipped. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays, the shipping cycle does not start until the next business day. Shipping time will vary depending on your location within the continental 48 states. All shipping carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries; this is beyond our control (See UPS Ground Transit Delivery Schedule Below). A shipping charge will apply to customers located in Alaska, Hawaii and other areas outside the continental 48 states. For these areas, shipping time may vary. UPS does not deliver to PO box, APO and FPO addresses. In the checkout and payment method page, click on the "Faster Shipping Option" button to select (USPS) United States Postal Service for deliveries to a PO box, APO and FPO addresses. The cost of shipping on Orders outside the US does not include Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees.


Expedited Shipping Options

Overnight, two-day, and three-day shipping are available for any of our products within the United States. Overnight, two-day, and three-day shipping are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Please allow 24-72 hours for the Zinc Plating process to be completed before your order is shipped. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will not process until the next business day. The expedited shipping options are displayed at the Checkout and Payment Method Page. Click on the "Faster Shipping Option" button to review your options and costs. Airfreight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours when delivering to a residential address. This is beyond our control and airfreight charges will NOT be refunded.


United States Postal Service

We also offer United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping. This option is displayed at the checkout and payment method page, click on the "Faster Shipping Option" button.  Please allow 24-72 hours for the Zinc Plating process to be completed, and for your order to be shipped. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays, the shipping cycle does not start until the next business day. USPS delivery times are not guaranteed by the Post Office or Brake Performance, and shipping charges will NOT be refunded if delivery takes longer than estimated. For deliveries to Countries outside the US, you must email us for a shipping quote.  The cost of shipping on Orders outside the US does not includes Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees.


APO and FPO Deliveries

We have received many requests made from servicemen to ship to APO and FPO addresses. We are proud of our armed forces, and as such we ship to APO and FPO addresses. When ordering on line, advance to the Checkout and Payment Method Page and click on the "Faster Shipping Option" button. Once you have clicked on the "Faster Shipping Option" button, you can select (USPS) United States Postal Service for deliveries to PO box, APO and FPO addresses. The cost of shipping on Orders outside the US does not includes Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Brake Performance must be notified within 30 days of scheduled delivery date for an investigation to be opened with carrier for lost or stolen packages. Replacement of product or refund will be processed at the end of the investigation.
