RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONSWe allow our customers to return
or
exchange unused, incorrect or defective items purchased from us as long as a request is made within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of product. Once the request is made, the product must be shipped back within 7 days, or the request will be void, and product will not be refunded. No exceptions. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return it for a refund so long as you follow the guidelines listed below. Once item has been installed on vehicle, it cannot be returned.
A refund or exchange of a product will be processed only if it is accompanied by a copy of the original sales
invoice/receipt. Unless the return is due to manufacturer defect or Brake Performance Error, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, which are not reimbursable. We will be happy to offer you our published UPS shipping rates which in most cases saves you more than what you pay if you ship directly. Return Freight is still your responsibility.All returned orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Any orders placed and subsequently canceled or revised within the same business day will be subject to a $15 cancellation fee. Any order canceled on the next business day and beyond will be charged a 15% restocking fee. If an order is shipped and subsequently canceled, a 15% restocking fee plus the shipping cost will be charged if returned. No Returns after 30 (thirty) days.
If a product is refused upon delivery, we will treat it as a canceled order, and the customer will be responsible for all shipping and cancellation fees.
We will exchange any UNUSED UNDAMAGED item for another item of equal value. If the new item is of greater value, the customer will be responsible for any price difference. If new item is of lesser value, the difference will be credited to the customer's account minus the 15% restocking fee. The Customer is responsible for all shipping of exchanged items.
We do not cover lost or stolen packages mailed back by the customer containing the parts being claimed under warranty. Because the customer is the shipper, he or she is the only one who can file any lost claim with the shipping company.
International OrdersShipping charges both ways for any cancellations, returns or warranty claims outside the Continental USA, will be the responsibility of the customer. Brake Performance under No circumstances will pay for any shipping costs thereof.
Powder Coated Colored CalipersNo Cancellations or Refunds will be given on Custom Colored Calipers. All sales are final. Powder Coating comes with a 90 day warranty against chipping and cracking.
ALL RETURNS MUST FOLLOW THESE THREE STEPS:
1. Customer MUST have their order number with first and last name. We cannot accept any item for return without a valid order number or customer's first and last name submitted to an authorized representative of Brake Performance

2. Customer MUST return item(s) in original UNUSED UNDAMAGED condition with no alterations or modifications to original parts. We cannot accept any returned item that does not have its original included parts, is not in its complete and sell-able original packaging, or has already been installed. Any items that are returned, damaged, missing parts, or in poor condition will NOT be credited and will be returned at the customer's expense.
3. Customer MUST pay for shipping to return a non-defective item to us. We will not pay the shipping fees for any non-defective item to us. However, If the item was received broken or defective from Brake Performance, we will pay for the shipping by providing a prepaid shipping label. To obtain a return shipping label, follow the return procedures.
Refunds
Any refund or credit approval will be credited to your Paypal account or credit card within 5 to 7 business days. Please be aware that your bank may take 5-10 business days to post to your credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 14 days, please email our customer service at info@brakeperformance.com.
Errors and MistakesIf a return request is due to an error on the part of Brake Performance, we will arrange for return shipping by use of a call tag or return shipping label. If the part is not ready to be picked up, it then becomes the customer's responsibility to arrange return shipping back, and at NO time will a second call tag or return label be issued. On returns where Brake Performance is not at fault, or where the customer chose the incorrect vehicle application, the customer will be responsible for all
return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
Damage and LossOnce the package leaves Brake Performance's facility, Brake Performance is responsible for the package arriving at the customers address. Our warehouse packages every item with the best protection possible to prevent shipping damage. If you receive a damaged part, DO NOT accept the package and have the shipping company immediately return it to the sender. If the shipping company has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipping company and have the package returned to the sender. Missing, damaged or incorrect parts are non-returnable after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. Please contact us immediately if any of the above occurs. Our liability does not cover lost or stolen packages mailed back by the customer containing the parts being claimed under the warranty. Because the customer is the shipper, he or she is the only one who can file any lost claim with the shipping company. Therefor, the claim must be coordinated and processed through the shipping company.
Defective ItemIf you receive an item that is broken or defective, Brake Performance will provide a prepaid shipping label. To obtain a return shipping label, follow the return procedures.
Caliper Core ReturnOur Brake Calipers come with a Core charge which is built into the cost of the product. The Core charge is a deposit you pay until you return your old part that you removed from your vehicle. If your old Core is not destroyed, adheres to the Core return guidelines, and is in re-buildable good condition, fill out the Core Return Form included in each box and
send it back with your used Caliper Core within 7 days to the address shown for a cash value. A Core refund is processed within 10 business days of receiving the Caliper Core and Return form. If the form is not correctly filled out, a Core credit will not be issued. Brake Performance is not responsible for return shipping on Caliper Cores. To determine the Core credit, ask our sales representative upon placing your order or contact our customer service dept.

PAYMENT OPTIONS Credit Cards Brake Performance accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards for orders. During checkout, provide your billing address and telephone number in the spaces provided. Be sure to use the address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
PayPal PayPal allows anyone with an email address to securely, conveniently, and cost-effectively send and receive payments online. PayPal is far less time-consuming than making a trip to the ATM or writing and mailing paper checks. And unlike checks, which can take days to clear, most PayPal transactions clear instantly unless an e-check is used and that usually takes about 5-7 business days to clear.
